First step
Please fill in the questionnaire available at our website. We will contact you immediately and ask you to send us photographs of problematic parts of your body or face. We will also like to know what term of operation would be most convenient for you.
Within 24 - 72 hours we will email you a quote for your Cosmetic Surgery Trip - including the price of the procedure, description of the accommodation, length of stay and other important information. We will send to you a medical questionnaire about your medical history. We welcome any questions you may have.
Decision and booking
Having received a completed medical questionnaire, we will offer you a term of your Cosmetic Surgery Trip and ask you to make binding booking of your stay. You will obtain a Travel Agreement together with an advance invoice from us. We will also send you detailed pre- and post-operative instructions in respect of your surgery. Payment
After you pay the advance by bank transfer to our account and confirm the Travel Agreement, specifying the information about your flight in it, we will confirm your reservation. After a personal consultation with the surgeon you will pay the other part of the price of your Cosmetic Surgery Trip in cash (CZK) or by a credit/debit card. Cheques are not accepted. You will obtain a proof of payment. Before your arrival we will stay in contact.

At Prague-Ruzyně airport an English speaking driver will wait for you and drive you by car to České Budějovice. In České Budějovice you will meet the assistant who will accompany you for the whole time of your Cosmetic Surgery Trip. Return home
